Introduction

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the client (hereinafter referred to as "you") to the company Symphony Apps Development SRL, based on Cuza Voda Street no. 15, Ploiești, CUI 3789370, registered at the Trade Office under the number J29/1706/04.07.2017, hereinafter referred to as "Sicta", "Nine" or "We", "Sicta.ro".

The use, including visiting/buying the products on Cgranta.ro and by placing an order, you oblige to comply with the terms and conditions specified below ("Terms"). Before placing an order, please make sure you have read and understand the terms. We recommend reading them carefully.

We reserve the right to modify these terms without any other notice in advance. The latest version can be found by accessing this page, called "Terms and Conditions" or "TC".

Prices and delivery fee

The prices displayed on Sadenta.ro include all the taxes provided by law, but do not include the delivery tax.

The delivery fee is clearly indicated during the order completion process.

Placement of order

The available order placement options are through Sicta.ro.

Immediately after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. If, for a certain reason, we cannot process your order, we will notify you in the shortest time.

You will provide us with an email address, a contact number and a correct and accurate delivery address. At the same time, consent to use this information to be able to contact you if this is necessary.

By placing any product order through Sicta.ro, you are forced to perform legitimate orders and do not make any false or fraudulent order.

DELIVERY

Acceptance and processing of your orders will be performed in the shortest time. We will try to deliver the order to the specified address, according to the selected delivery option.

The deliveries will be made by the method selected by you, when placing an order. The approximate delivery time is 24h - 72h from the date of receipt of the shipping confirmation.

Due to events independent of our will, we inform you that the delivery could take longer, but it will not exceed 30 calendar days. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you can cancel the order.

The right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order and withdraw from the contract, returning the ordered products, within 14 calendar days from receiving them. After the 14 days, the withdrawal period will expire.

If you want to return your order, you need to inform us about your decision by contactingCustomer Service.

The reimbursement of the order value will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you communicated the withdrawal decision in this contract.

We reserve the right to postpone the refund of the amounts until we receive the products from you.

The condition of withdrawal from the contract is that all articles are returned in the same state in which they were received. This means that the articles should not have been damaged, unsealed, dirty or used and that any labels of the article or parcel must be intact.

Your right to renounce the contract applies only to products that are returned in the same state in which you received them.

Payment methods

Payment by bank, credit or debit card

Online payments with bank card are processed by operatorStripe , in 100%safe conditions. The accepted cards are those issued under the Visa (Classic and Electron) or Mastercard (including Maestro, if they have CVV2/CVC2 code).

No additional commission for transactions is charged.

For the correct completion of the transaction, you must provide the card code (all figures in the four groups on the front of the card, without spaces), the expiry date and the last three digits on the back of the card.

Regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.

Liability and limitations of responsibility

We reserve the right to refuse the service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

We do not guarantee the availability in stock of the displayed products, which is why we have the right not to deliver a certain order. If this is paid in advance, we will reimburse you the money paid for that product. If the products cannot be delivered, you will only be able to request the return of the amounts already received by us, but not other damages.

We do not offer any guarantee, expressly, regarding the operation of Skeza.ro, the information, the correctness of the descriptions, the updating of the content, the products displayed as well as their match for a certain purpose.

You expressly agree that the use of the Sicta.ro and the purchase of the products is made at your own risk, the only derogation representing our obligation to grant the users the right to unilateral the contract, according to the legislation in force.

The images published on Sadenta.ro are for example, and the delivered products may differ from the images presented in any way (color, appearance, etc.).

In order to place an order that contains products for which the legislation in force imposes the minimum age of 18 years, in order to purchase them, the user declares on his own responsibility that he respects the legal provisions, at the time of the purchase. Sadenta.ro, can verify compliance with the legal provisions by the user, including at the time of delivery.

By creating and using customer account, you assume responsibility for maintaining your account data confidentiality (user and password) and managing your account access.

GUARANTEES

All the products marketed by the Scent are new, in the original packaging and come from authorized sources.

If you have a complaint on obvious defects related to the manufacture of the goods we have provided, including on damages suffered during transport, please communicate this by contacting the customer service.

COPYRIGHT

The whole content, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, commercial symbols, static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content presented on Culta.ro, are the exclusive property of Symphony Apps Development S.R.L and is protected according to the law of the author and the law regarding the right to the intellectual and industrial property.

The use without our written consent, of any elements on the site is punished according to the laws in force.

Force majeure

None of the parties will be liable for non -performance of its contractual obligations, if such non -execution and/or properly, totally or partially is due to a major force event.

disputes

This contract is subject to the Romanian law. The possible disputes between Symphony Apps Development S.R.L and customers will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.
